Why this exists
Built by the person who ran Salt Lake City DevOps Days for five years, because the best part was never the tools.
Salt Lake City DevOps Days, organized by Jason Vance, the community OpsMastery Summit grows from.
The program
Three tracks, one conference
General Observability
Dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, alerting design, and tracing/log/metric correlation, for teams with more monitoring tools than monitoring clarity.
AI Observability
Monitoring LLM apps and agents in production: token and cost tracking, latency and quality evals, and tracing multi-step agent calls.
Building Visible Software with OpenTelemetry
Instrumenting real software from scratch with OTel SDKs and auto-instrumentation, exported to a collector: vendor-neutral, end to end.
