Attend OpsMastery Summit
Two days with the people who run what you run, plus a half-day workshop to leave with something built, not just notes. May 11 to 13, 2027, in Salt Lake City: workshops Tuesday, conference Wednesday and Thursday.
Who should come
This is for you if...
SRE or platform engineer
You want two days with people solving the same problems you are, not a vendor keynote.
Incident manager
You want to see how other teams actually run incidents, not just read about it.
Engineering leader
You're deciding whether to send your team, and want proof it's worth the seats.
NOC lead
You're trying to level up detection and response before your team levels up mid-incident.

Salt Lake City DevOps Days, organized by Jason Vance, the community OpsMastery Summit grows from.
Your pass
What you get
- Two full conference days of talks, panels, and breakouts across all three tracks
- One half-day hands-on workshop, included with VIP or added to an Early-Bird or General pass: pick a single track and leave having actually built something
- Meals across all three event days, plus the evening reception
- Post-event access to session recordings, so a scheduling conflict doesn't cost you a talk
- A room full of the people who actually run the systems you run

Questions
Before you ask
Can my company send a team?
Yes, group pricing for teams will be available once tickets open. Join the list and we'll flag you the moment it's live.
Is the workshop included?
VIP includes one workshop. For Early-Bird and General passes, the half-day workshop is an add-on with capped seats per track, so you get real hands-on time instead of a packed room.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes, every session is recorded, and attendees get post-event access to the full library.

Subject: Request to attend OpsMastery Summit, Salt Lake City, May 11 to 13, 2027
Hi [manager's name],
I'd like to attend OpsMastery Summit, a conference for SRE, platform and operations teams at large SaaS companies, in Salt Lake City on May 11 to 13, 2027 (dates are tentative until the venue is confirmed). It covers observability, AI observability and OpenTelemetry, with a half-day hands-on workshop and two days of talks.
What I'd bring back: [two or three specific problems our team is working on]. I'll share what I learn with the team through [a written summary or short internal talk] within [timeframe] of returning.
Cost: a pass is $350 early-bird or $550 general, plus an optional $250 workshop and travel. Tickets are fully refundable until 60 days before the event.
Can we talk about approving this?
Thanks,
