Refund and Transfer Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
OpsMastery Summit is produced by HOC Events. This policy explains how refunds and ticket transfers work for OpsMastery Summit passes. If something here doesn’t cover your situation, send us a message and we’ll sort it out.
Refunds
To cancel and request a refund, send us a message with the name and email on your order.
- Up to 60 days before the event (by March 12, 2027): full refund of your ticket price.
- 59 to 30 days before (March 13 to April 11, 2027): 50% refund.
- Fewer than 30 days before: no refund. You can still transfer your ticket (see below).
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. For partial refunds, the payment processor’s non-recoverable fee is deducted from the amount refunded. Full refunds are issued for the full ticket price.
Transfers and substitutions
You can transfer your ticket to a colleague at no cost until 7 days before the event. Send us the new attendee’s name, work email and company, and we’ll update the badge. Transfers don’t change the price you paid.
Workshop add-on and VIP
The Workshop add-on follows the same schedule as the ticket it’s attached to. If we cancel a workshop or it fills before you can attend, we refund the add-on in full.
VIP passes follow the same refund schedule as every other pass.
If we change the date or venue
OpsMastery Summit is planned for May 11 to 13, 2027 in Salt Lake City, and the dates are tentative until the venue is signed. If the dates move by more than a day or the event moves out of Salt Lake City, you can request a full refund within 30 days of our announcement, regardless of the normal deadlines.
If we cancel the event
We’ll refund the full ticket price, or move your ticket to the next OpsMastery Summit if you prefer. We aren’t responsible for travel, lodging or other costs you incur.
Removal from the event
Anyone asked to leave under our Code of Conduct is not entitled to a refund.
