General Observability
Dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, alerting design, and trace/log/metric correlation, for teams with more monitoring tools than monitoring clarity.
AI Observability
Monitoring LLM apps and agents in production: token and cost tracking, latency and quality evals, tracing multi-step agent calls, catching drift.
Building Visible Software with OpenTelemetry
Instrumenting real software from scratch with OTel SDKs and auto-instrumentation, exported to a collector, vendor-neutral end to end.
The format
Two and a half days, from hands-on to deep dive
- Day 0 (half day): hands-on workshops, one per track
- Days 1 and 2: keynotes, technical deep dives, panels, and breakouts
- Real war stories over vendor pitches
- Session recordings published after the event
